Ears Wide Open (Jormag Rising Achievement)

There are eleven Strategic Locations that need to be found for the Ears Wide Open achievement in Guild Wars 2. All of them are in the Northern half of the Drizzlewood Coast map. They can be obtained even if the Southern meta is still active, but are easier to do once the area has been cleared.

Speak with Cato Snapjaw to collect the listening devices

The first step of the achievement is to talk to Cato Snapjaw in Drizzlewood Coast about Listening Devices. He can be found just east of Stone Archways PoI [&BIAMAAA=] at a small Charr tent camp. The eleven Listening Devices can then be placed in any order.
