The following contains spoilers, so I suggest completing the quest “Heart of Deimos” before reading on.
One of the major systems added with Heart of Deimos is the new Helminth system that allows you to alter your Warframe’s abilities. However, before you can use this new system, you will first need to earn standing with the new syndicate. This guide will show you exactly how to unlock the Helminth for your orbiter.

Complete the quest “Heart of Deimos”
This quest is an introduction to the new characters of the Entrati syndicate and Deimos itself. You will need to complete the entire quest before you can start taking bounties. You will know you have completed the quest when you earn Xaku’s blueprint.
Earn standing with the Entrati
You will need to be Rank 3 with the Entrati to buy the required item from Son, the Helminth Segment Blueprint. This requires you to earn standing like any other syndicate. Check out our guide on the best ways to earn Entrati standing.
Purchase the Helminth Segment Blueprint from Son
Once you reach Associate (Rank 3) with the Entrati, the blueprint can be purchased from Son for 15,000 standing. It requires 24 hours to build. Once built, it will unlock the Helminth on your orbiter.

Naming and renaming your Helminth
Once unlocked, you will be able to name your Helminth. Don’t fret too much over the name, as you can change it at any time for free at the console to the left of the Helminth room entrance.
